1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, Ecom Express, and others.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Prepaid orders are dispatched first.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require order confirmation through call or message before dispatch.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 working days
Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other situations beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping across India
No minimum order value required

In rare cases, remote area delivery surcharges may apply. Customers will be informed before dispatch if applicable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation via SMS or email
A tracking number and link to track your order online

If tracking details are not received within 48 hours of order placement, please contact our support team.

6. Delays and Unserviceable Areas

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.
If your pin code is not serviceable, we will contact you and process a full refund.

7. Missed or Undelivered Packages

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, another attempt may be made by the courier.
If the order is returned due to incorrect address or unreachable contact details, re-shipping charges may apply.
