Refund policy

At Blumra.com, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a wrong product or a defective product

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered

  • The return request is raised within 3 calendar days of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is provided from start to end, showing the issue clearly

Returns requested after 3 days or without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Minor colour or design variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Orders without a valid unboxing video

3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email us at blumrashop@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery

  • Share your order number, issue details, and unboxing video

  • Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable time

If approved, we will guide you on the next steps for return pickup or shipping.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product received

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after approval

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • Original packaging is missing

  • The unboxing video is not provided

  • The return request does not meet eligibility conditions

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • To cancel, contact us immediately after placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Refunds for prepaid cancellations (before dispatch) are processed within 1–2 business days.

7. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to approve returns, exchanges, or refunds.
