1. Is Blumra jewellery real gold?
No. Blumra jewellery is made from stainless steel with 18K gold plating.
It is designed to look like real gold but is safer and more affordable for daily wear.
2. Will the colour fade over time?
With proper care, the gold-plated finish lasts well for regular use.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, and chemicals to maintain the shine.
3. Can I wear Blumra jewellery every day?
Yes. Our jewellery is suitable for daily wear.
However, for longer life, remove it before bathing, swimming, or sleeping.
4. Is it safe to wear outside or in public places?
Yes. Since it is not real gold, you can wear it with more peace of mind compared to solid gold jewellery.
5. Does Blumra offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pin codes across India.
6. Do you provide free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping across India on all orders.
7. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can track your order using that link.
9. What is your return policy?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for wrong or defective products.

10. Can I return if I don’t like the product?
No. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.
11. How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 8–15 business days to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
12. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video.
Without the video, we cannot approve replacements or refunds.
