Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number.
Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refund initiation happens within 1–2 business days

Bank or UPI credit time depends on your payment provider
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

COD orders refused after dispatch may result in future COD restrictions
Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders cannot be cancelled if:

Incorrect address or contact details were provided
